    I visited The Bicycle Entrepreneur three times since moving to Nedlands Perth and have been impressed by their personal knowledge of bicycles that was shared freely and without any hard sell. I did not end up buying ,y bicycle from them but I did have my bicycle kick stand bought and installed there. I also purchased my bicycle pannier rack and pannier bags from them. What really stood out was the sales representative's offer to install the pannier rack but said I could save the $20 by installing it myself. He even indicated how to do so and I thus saved $20. In doing that, TBE has earned my trust!

    less than ordinary customer service. rule seems to be push in first to get served
