  I have been attending Effigy Day Spa for many years for both beauty and hair treatment. All staff have always treated me with complete professionalism and friendliness. Lauren is an amazing and talented hairdresser, she always listens to what I want and I have never walked out disappointed.

  A hairdresser which I'm sure her name was Lauren from the pictures on the website, seemed rude and absolutely horrid her behaviour towards another staff member from what I could see was appalling even infront of customers.

  The staff we're incredible rude all I wanted was some anwsers to my questions and some prices, I was standing at the desk for almost 30 minutes the employees did see me but nonetheless no acknowledgememt what so ever.

  In the end I did get the information that I wanted from the only staff member that seemed to know what she was doing was the young one with black hair Samantha, I have looked online and it turns out Lauren was giving me advice in beauty which she is only qualified in hair.
