    Worst tax return experience I have ever had, not only do they screw you around so you don't get a same day advance on your return, they openly lie to you about the reasons why you it wasn't possible. Furthermore as a result of their false advertising, I missed out on a purchase that I was looking forward to for quite some time. Was never offered any sort of compensation and today I looked at my account and they have taken another $100. Disgusting form "kwiktax"

    Don't even bother. Firstly, website's get a quote tool does not work. Secondly, no answer when I tried to ring them. Lastly, sent multiple emails inquiring and no decency to even reply. Poor poor poor form of customer service. What a waste of energy and breath. You're busy? So am I!

    Absolutely appalling service, seriously bad attitude. Kept having to call them every day to make them actually do something. They did not adhere to quoted time frames. Return came out 4K short of their original estimate. When challenged on tardiness, the manager replied with "Am I not allowed to have a lunch break?" even though there are a team of people working there (not just her) and it was promised by them to be processed the day before.
