  Had a balayage in this place. Result was ok but completely killed my hair. Similar style was done in tao of hair and my hair was not nearly as dry.

  I really hate this place... I went there for keratin treatment and straightening my hair and was happy when I came out. But then when I washed it a week later, my hair turned back to normal and was back to its original form.. it was not even soft and became even more worse.. the worst hairdressing experience I ever had

  I had 10cm roots that needed to be covered, and two weeks after my appointment I still got those 10cm roots with a yellow/orange color (I was there for a chocolate brown) this time. The lady told me that my roots will be lighter than the rest of my hair only after applying the color, pretty much telling me “it’s up to you now”. Very poor customer service, 100$ gone for nothing
