    Towed my car to these guys because the service at other dealers was bad. Had car for 4 weeks because the part wasn't in Australia. That's not great right but these guys went the extra distance to put an option forward that kept me in business. My contact there kept in communication with me constantly and as soon as it arrived he let me know the part was there and that it will be fitted withing 24 hours. The part actually arrived a day before his initial estimate and so I'll have the car back 1 day sooner. I told them it was urgent that I have it back before this weekend and they have delivered. These guys have thus far done a really good job of service.

    The staff is very arrogant when I went for pick up of keys and also refused to give me the receipt of oil they "claimed" to have filled in the car.

    Didn't even get my car in there, called to book in, gave a date and was told service would call back later that day to confirm. Been 2 weeks and no phone call. Where has the customer service gone?

    I had given my car for servicing few months ago for basic servicing. On return of the car the in the 3 weeks from then I noticed my filter was missing. I rang the workshop and they refused to accept the responsibility.

    It was the first time we have bought a brand new car and I can happily say we were delighted with the service from start to finish, our Salesman (Peter) was informative, helpful and honest and we couldn't be happier with our new car. Would not hesitate to recommend and definitely will be going back in the future.

    and 3 weeks from then the engine gasket blew off because of lack of coolant. There was enough of water as I had personally put it in.

    The following week I had to call roadside assistance service as the car was giving a bumpy ride. Guess what - not enough oil in it.
