  Despite a prompt and pleasant pick up I was most dissapointed with the return. Having driven straight to Perth airport I dropped off my car to a pleasant attendant and after walking 20m realised I hadn't fille the petrol tank. Returning to to attendant he found my return receipt but needed to check with the office. He was told that it would be impossible as the car had been checked in. Although my fault for focussing on how to get to the airport, I was most disappointed at the intractability of the office. Spoils a good experience.

  Friendly and efficient. However it is not always the cheapest rental. Shop around!

  Great service. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. Convenient location. Only thing that lets these guys down is Budget's antiquated computer systems...including those horrible dot matrix printers. Arrrgh.
