    I love Zara's mens fashion but the mens department has consistently appallingly customer service! Expect an unattended counter and changing room

    I went to Zara Perth city this morning. Asking this ‘security’ (he’s an Asian look, more to Indian looking guy) in the front door & gave me this rude attitude.

    I love shopping at Zara - beautiful clothes! Amazing store fit out on 2 levels. The girls are always helpful. I have a favourite go to - Nikki who has the best style advice. Ask for this girl she goes above and beyond!!

    I love he fact that you can mind your business while shopping and nobody will say hello or falsely ask you "how are you today" or "can I help you"... this is exactly what Perth needed. A competitive, fashionable and sophisticated shop without all the fake staff. Finally!

    Jesus Christ what is it with the staff as Zara! Wake up! They all look so miserable and sad. Never get a greeting, never get and help! Gross retail experience!
