Eventually she said that she had no time for me and that there were more calls waiting, and told me to just visit because she can’t help me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I wasn’t able to finish asking my inquires, but she kept on cutting me off and giving suggestions that weren’t answering my question. And I tried to tell her to wait and listen, but she said that I’m “not being clear”.

Was trying to enquire over a civil case via phone call, but the lady over the phone was constantly cutting me mid-sentence and getting angry at me for

Good, modern building. We had a fun time at this place. Did you? Let's turn the industry on its head - it's time for you to do the judging instead. We want to hear your experience - search our name today.

Just enquiring and grabbing more information about civil matters over the phone and instead of listening to me the lady over the phone was extremely defensive and told me that they couldn't help my situation as if they were in a rush to hang up on me.

Not much sanity in this place. Common sense also in short supply. Time expenditures at an all time high and positive results are like finding a unicorn.

When she finally started listening, she referred me to the magistrates court in Joondalup and gave me their number. The responder in Joondalup was extremely helpful, friendly and understanding and gave me the information I needed. However, the Perth Magistrates Court lady could've easily given me the same information had she just listened as it had nothing to do with where you were living. Kind of relieved now as I can just refer to the Joondalup Courthouse instead of the one in Perth.

This court house actually has a slogan on emails its staff send, “Right people, right skills, right culture” - so whoever you are, and wherever you are from, if your culture differs from that of the staff here, according to these evil corrupt degenerates - their "culture" is right and yours is wrong. Ive been lied to point blank in writing by management staff from here, and when I proved this to them, they couldn't give a stuff. I received a letter of apology from then Premier Colin Barnett, for the disorderly conduct of their records department, and was told "the whole records department is being reviewed, so that the mistakes we made don't happen again" - nonsense, they didn't make mistakes, they are corrupt in their essence. They literally have an evil culture. Too deplorable to be innocently making mistakes. Self conceited fools
