    My yesterday's experience has completely changed my view towards Apple, and I understand better how Apple became and keeps of being a great company. With the amount of customers services daily and managed to resolve problems for the most.

    Brought my quite new 6S with touch issue to the city store without appointment. Explained the issues and told them the urgency, the friendly staff tried to fit me in. A young lady Emily who was very professional and helpful tried to help me. During the time of waiting, Emily came to me a number of times and informed me the progress and possible solutions, and eventually resolved the issue.

    Horrible customer experience. Got there 5 minutes late and got told to wait around someone will be with me shortly. Ended up waiting like 7 minutes so I walked up to an employee and she told me I was too late, that they gave my appointment slot to someone else already. I understand apple is a big, busy company but I’d expect they would also be able to afford to not be understaffed. This coming from a massive apple fan, but Genius Bar appointments are the bane of my existence.

    Got home and couldn’t access half my data. Needed 3 hours of tech support on line to resolve the issue that should have been sorted in the store. When I told him I was unhappy with my iPhone 8 as issues since I bought it, he told me to go back to Optus where I bought it! Also asked for help with my iCloud and was told I should do a class and no help given.

    When to this store after apple update disabled my phone. Booked an appointment and the guy I saw Lath, reset me phone back to factory and then did not restore if back as he should have . Told me to finish the set up at home!

    If you work on a Genius Bar you need to do a better job than that. Consequently my faith in The Apple team is severely dented.

    Booked 2 appointments as there is a 1 device per appointment rule. Arrived 5 mins late and was advised that they had cancelled my first appointment.
