  Worst JB in the city. Hipster staff who couldn't care less about customers. Called to ask if an item was in stock. Got put on hold , passed to another idiot who didn't know. Again passed to another clueless person who didn't know: eventually after 7 mins on hold with no feedback I hung up. Bought my item elsewhere with zero fuss. At least come back to the customer and acknowledge "we're sorting it out now thanks for being patient" or whatever . I'd have happily waited then. Hire less tattooed hipster uni students and maybe train some more staff in proper customer service yo.

  Guitar i bought as a gift turned out to be a bit too small. But staff were very helpful in finding me one that was just right and even gave a disocunt. Awesome place with lovely people :)
