  Please change your opening times online. You state 9- 5 opening times online but when you get there, there is a notice saying 10-1. I work Monday to Friday from the early hours until 4 so getting there at a before 5 is a rush but easily doable. How am I supposed to get there between 10 and 1 though. Had to walk a fair way in 30 plus degrees to find out my journey was pointless. Its ridiculous!

  I got through but don't expect just because you are British you will get any help. The only thing that makes them better then the Australians is the fact they are British but they are just as bloody useless as the Australian government. Poor show and a pointless place.

  This is ridiculous! The messages giving url’s and phone numbers are spoken far too quickly. The information should be given slowly and repeated.
