  Beautiful products but rude and slow staff. Don't give me attitude when I'm spending good money at your store and waiting 15-20mins to be acknowledged and pay for my items. Now would rather spend elsewhere...

  Great service. Staff happy, friendly and knowledgeable. Shop presents beautifully with some really nice home wares and furniture. The range, in comparison to their US stores is a bit boring perpetuating the greys and natural linens colours which Perth (or in fact Australia) cant seem to move past. Its worth being aware that little stock is held in Perth and depending on what you order there can be a long wait. For example I waited about 6 months to have an order for curtain hardware fully filled. That's way to long and did take the shine of the experience somewhat but not so much so that i wouldn't highly recommend one visit Pottery Barn and its excellent staff.

  Great shop but pity about the location! This is the reason I have given only 2 stars. Ridiculous spot to try and take home furniture, rugs or any large item from. There is nowhere to park outside as it's in the Hay Street Mall. You can not get a park in the city anywherre near the shop. Only spot is a pick up location under the building - you have only 15 mins to get out of there or you get charged an astronomical amount. Getting just to this car park is a nightmare on any day other than the weekend. Am sure this place would be so much busier if it had a carpark out the front. Am sure hundreds of customers are put off by this location. What were they thinking?

  Shame it is the only store in WA because the staff were awful. I went in to buy a nursing pillow and they pretty much threw it in my face in a rush when there were no people even in the store. Store assistant was very short and unfriendly. Pillow with cover was $90 not like I was buying a sale item or anything. She chucked it in the bag like i had just bought a $2 item. Missed opportunity for good customer service it was my first time in the store.
