  I was truly shocked to find that it was flat packed and I had to assemble it myself! Even after paying for delivery!

  I was waiting over 30 minutes for assistance and left as there was only one lady in the store and it was busy (I felt sorry for the poor lady) Not acceptable service for a reputable furniture shop to only have one person in the shop

  Trendy urban homemakers will love the highly cultivated clutter of their linear display area. Staff are friendly and helpful, prices seem reasonable...but hey .... not really my area of expertise so draw your own conclusion.

  After many months of dreaming, I finally invested in a very fine coffee table, it took a few weeks to arrive as stock isn't kept onsite.

  Worst customer service EVER yet!!!! Went into the store, roughly five girls working, non of them acknowledged me, I've spent 20min looking around in the store and they walked past me at least 10 times, no one gave me eye contact or offer help. Nice furniture design, but too bad the sales person are not actually selling anything . Taking my business elsewhere.

  A product was charged twice incorrectly during the busy new years time but Kelsey (ASM I believe) at the store has provided an exceptional service in correcting the error. Kept me in the loop, communicated at the time she said she would and made sure the issue is resolved seamlessly. Nice store to go back for sure.
