  The doctor I saw was rude and abrupt. She did not make me feel at ease at all.I gave her information on a specific health problem I was regularly tested for thinking it may be necessary to disclose and she said "I don't care". She sat with me for all about 2 minutes and couldn't have gotten rid of me quicker. I was very taken back. I need to return for results but have organised to see another doctor.

  I have the utmost faith in and praise for the medical professionals at Northbridge Medical Centre. My wife has seen three doctors over 4 visits at NMC in the past month. She developed shingles while we were travelling over from the east and we were unsure of the care we may receive in a new city. The professionalism and reassurance we experienced at NMC was on par with our long time family doctor at home. She is healing quickly now.

  I was rather disappointed with doctor Catharine Liu. Doctor Alex introduced her to and she did the test for me without informing me she made a decision of furthering test. The fee piled up and I asked for an explanation but the nurse wasn’t willing to explain any just told that the clinical labs charges you not us ok? However

  Worse medical centre I have been to in WA. One doctor is either late, or doesn't even bother to show up. Another doctor think it's ok for her to give her highly biased, personal opinion instead of sticking to relevant medical facts.

  Dr Alex Koh was not very professional, taking some samples to an external laboratory and not giving me the results back and not taking responsibility for the extra charges that the issue costed. Receptionist not very friendly or proactive either. If you can avoid it, do it!
