  Very bad company, do not make any insurance with this company, I had accident, the car from the other lane, police investigation report is show the other party fault, but they refuse to pay back my access fees , the redone is I am too close. it is in the other lane, not in the same lane.

  Terrible service they organised my car to be towd and 4 days later I had to call them up too see what is happening they didn't know what company they used to move my car they also had marked it as it didn't need to be towd so they can't locate my car.......so because of their errors I have to now be without a car for a lot longer.

  My son bought a travel insurance using my credit card, the same policy was charged to my credit card twice. When I called Allianz to look into the matter when my son was overseas (obviously), they refused to speak to me because I was not the policy holder. I told them upfront I was not the policy holder, but I was the one whose credit card was used to pay for the policy. Sighting "privacy" issue, they refused to accept my complaint. Has that ever occurred to them that while my son used my credit card to pay for the policy, the name that appears on the credit card defers from the policy buyer, that is an violation of privacy and should be stopped? Given the fact that anybody can use anybody's credit card to pay for something online or wherever. Why was that not a violation of privacy and lodging a complaint about a mistake that Allianz charged me twice for one policy has a greater "privacy" issue. What privacy issues are involved here? Allianz just sucks.

  I couldn't fault their service. I contacted them as soon as I had my accident and they were available to answer my questions and get the necessary process underway. They had contact with me all the way and settled the claim without any holdups. I would have no doubt in recommending them. I'll be insuring with them for our next car definitely.
