I called the Department regarding issuing a copy of Eftpos machine receipt. It was obvious that the person didn't know the matter a 100% and kept repeating one sentence that he new. Absolutely not helpful!

Spoke to John today about a requirement to be provided for vacant land block as a developer and he was very knowledgeable. Most people don't take time to compliment so let us also encourage good service, to give opportunity to improve

I have to question if we are living in a democratic society when one of my competitors complains about me and I was investigated by this department. Waste of tax payers money, I was treated like a criminal it what was an obvious smear campaign by a non-consumer. I had been practicing for 11 years in my industry and my family 40 without a single complaint. Obviously the outcome was favorable to myself but everyone I mentioned this to was outraged and made comment to what a load of rubbish.I have 10/10 reviews from my consumers and clients. I found it to be emotionally draining and distracting and am considering a 'freedom of information' to find out who is trying to slander me because this department called it an "industry representative who wishes to remain anonymous" , how gutless! Bait pricing and under-quoting is rife in rife in Perth at current. Why don't they go pick on some obvious deception and do their jobs properly. Like Auction properties i have recorded "bidding from 800K" and sell at 1.2 million. Bring back the board whom were reasonable and not looking to justify jobs in their department. Since amalgamating with Dept of Mines they seem to be on a crusade for notoriety. I'm still in utter disbelief. It it obvious to me by the reviews this department are receiving the quality of work they're doing.

Lodged a formal formed complaint about 2 businesses but was told that they have no legal power to do anything. Why ask me to fill up detailed forms of the issue then? I don't need talk therapy. Was asked to take legal action on my own

I found both their website and phone service very helpful. Obviously they aren't there to give legal advice but definately helped point me in the right direction. Was amazed that my call was answered straight away too
