  -Their staffs are incompetence.They can't do any simple job.I once confused,I thought I was in a third world country.

  -At the counter,their female young clerk/officer can't seem to find my application.Oh..it is normal if it went missing.So the forms that I fill was missing in action,and it is a normal thing.She also asked me,whether I was sure that I went there to apply for medicare.I never thought people think I was dreaming about my July application.

  Appalling. Not really doing their job, its setup to deflect any sort of contact with the public or actual work at all and make you just go away because its too hard. I just want my medicare refunds!

  The line was sooo long just to register and then I was told there was only 1 staff on to process Medicare claims.

  Absolutely ridiculous! My Medicare card did not work at the doctors and we had no luck putting the claim through the ap so I had to make the trip to the Medicare office in Joondalup.

  - Rudely being asked by the lady at the door with ''What do you want?'' question.Feeling insulted,I told her I would like to check about my medicare status.And she replied me as if I'm stupid saying ''Don't come before the 4 weeks end'' Oh My God

  I enrolled my medicare on July and didn't receive any card or letter till September.Went there to ask them what is going on.I was surprised of what I experienced

  Absolutely appalling service - arrived prior to 4.00pm and was called up at exactly 4.30, last person in the cue and the teller informed me he wouldn't process my claim (which would have taken less than 2 minutes) as he finishes at 4.30 - seriously! Only one teller on in the afternoon, 7+ other people loitering around doing nothing. Disgusting Medicare/MyGov. I only attended in person as they lost my forms last time and took 3 months to process a simple claim! Now that's tax payer money working at its best!
