Biased , pretentious , partial and mismanaged entity. Needs to be overhauled and investigated. Suits and works in the interest of special interest groups and a mockery of justice .It is a ridicule to the justice system and disgrace to any equality or justice. Not to mention the quick changing legislation and law to suit the needs of the special interest groups. Lacks any fairness, empathy and seriously biased. Court evidence and documents went missing and no accountability sighted. Verdict was biased, delayed, excessive , unwarranted and complete failure of fair procedural fairness . No knowledge nor ability to govern or understand vocational interests or reasoning. Simply a farce of lies and misgivings dished out by some and of course same lawyers who are backed by capital of special interest groups who have open reign in these biased proceedings. Serious misconduct and misuse of public office and power. Would advise caution and recommend change and accountability at the earliest.

Good doctors and practitioners are losing there livelihoods due to the ills of the private Health Insures and there fraudulent methods. Laws and legislation being amended and passed to favor these changes needs to stop. private health insurers are no the regulator and the regulator -AHPRA needs to stop disclosing personal and private information to third parties. The State Administrative Tribunal needs to see clarity, fairness and be impartial in its dealing because it is being given improper and incorrect information. There is a mighty difference between one person and a massive entity , and yes each person deserves justice.

Yes the new building is lovely, and whether the doors work well is really the least worry. Now the tax payer has funded the new building, let's have the workings inside the building up to a standard that Western Australians deserve!

Note- These are not allegations towards one person nor the State Administrative Tribunal in general rather my own personal views of my own personal experience and proceedings. Personally not satisfied nor impressed with this Tribunal. Rather think it lacks fairness, equality, empathy, security, and justice.

Maybe Mr Quigley, the Government Minister for SAT, could do some investigations. After all, he was elected to be doing exactly this.

If you thought that you had encountered the most useless, incompetent, Government Agency, but you haven't had the misfortune to have anything to do with SAT yet, or its workings, then think again! There are no words for the absolute mockery of justice that this Tribunal represents, from my very own personal experience. The mediation they tell you is so great that ~ 80% of cases or so, are dealt with here, was so unbelievably bad, I could write a novel. They make up information that has not even been submitted, they fail to even deal with issues clearly stated, they ask their own rhetorical questions and make it a finding of fact when no-one besides themselves have even made a suggestion to support what they allege. They come to final Hearings with documents missing and wonder why they can't get on top of the issues to deal with. You could only be appalled at some of the nonsense that gets stated. BUT, by far the very worst thing about this Tribunal is their total lack of being able to evaluate themselves, and learn from their mistakes. They will not admit that they have any problems and in fact actually support their faulty system, by refusing to look at or even investigate complaints, merely stating that they find things are working well. The most shocking part of this is that they are spending tax payers' dollars to run this place, and draw their salaries, and yet they are able to continue with what appears to me to be no accountability.

I strongly urge you, if you read this and comments and ratings that other people have given too, and you have faced similar issues identified, to please have your voice heard too, and write a google review. They are not open to reviewing themselves, in spite of trying, so thank god for social media where people can hold them accountable.
