  The rooms were modern and spacious with a nice day bed to rest on. The bathroom was lovely and clean with a very fast filling bath. Overall I liked staying there. The service was very prompt and gave us extra chocolates and water. The bathrobe wasn't as nice as other places but acceptable. I really liked the iPad room controller. The view from the room was amazing. You could sit and watch for a while peacefully. It was also very quiet.

  Only negative is the quality of food, generally good but a few (Asian) items on the menu can be hit or miss. The breakfast buffet spread is one of the more high quality ones I've seen across hotels. It is a little big expensive though worth the splurge.

  Beautiful and stylish hotel. So much attention to detail and what makes it outstanding is the level of hospitality offered - the crew are warm and helpful. Thank you for a fabulous stay here.

  One downfall would be the mass among of food that is wasted after the buffet, probably should be donated to feed some homeless or less fortunate. Other than that well done crown.

  Have now been here a couple of times and really enjoy everything about it. The staff are attentive and really look after you. The rooms are really high quality and kept super clean. Restaurant buffet is awesome and has a great selection. Conference rooms are a great size too.

  Amazing, blissful and elligant is how I would describe Crown Towers. The hotel is one of pure gluttony, attention to detail is second to none with staff that live to please. Especially Dom who was our poolside waiter for the day (deserves a raise).

  The pool area is huge with lots of space so it never feels crowded. Crew is always on the lookout to take your drink orders.

  From the minute we entered the hotel we experienced nothing but incredible service. We stayed in the lobby bar for a while enjoying drinks with friends whilst a pianist played in the background it was quite relaxing. We had a room on level 11 and it had the most amazing an uninterrupted view off the city. The room was quiet and the attention to detail that the staff have made to the room is brilliant. The bed is super comfy and the pillows even more so. This is a must stay for everyone. I know that we will be back again, that's for sure!
