    Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, nice bar/lounge area. Convenient location to CBD, trains, arena.

    Loved the convenience of being able to walk to entertainment venue and shopping outlet store.

    The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and attended to our requests promptly. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

    Over-priced for the room size and fit out. This "Superior" room had no bath and a tiny, cramped kitchenette and shower/toilet. The "king size" bed was two singles pushed together. Also the steam iron provided randomly dribbled hot water over our clothes while we tried to iron them.

    Beautiful hotel. Spacious. Neat. Excellent room service. Lovely breakfast. The best is the late checkout.
