  This place was just awesome. We felt very comfortable here and welcomed, the kids really enjoyed it and the rooms are lovely and modern and above all else clean.

  Got woken up by a fire alarm at around 2.30am on Friday night, then was accused of setting the smoke detector off before they identified it was a fault within the system. We were then asked to move rooms in early hours of the morning after the event. I think the way in which they delt with the situation could of been a lot better, and the staff involved at the time were not very apologetic considering the circumstances.

  brilliant new luxury hotel in a stunning location. Ascua Restaurant is amazing, especially if you appreciate a good wine list.

  Nice decorating n building. Friendly staff. But cakes probably the worst 4 of us ever have in the world. Pretty cakes with pretty names like Macha, Xmas log. Etc. But terrible taste!!!! Taste very artificial. Beautiful to look but terrible to taste. Sponge of the cake is hard n stiff. Cream tastes like plastic. Gin n tonics taste no gin. Even smells no gin inside the drink. Hot chocolate is terrible, any street cafe can beat them. Very expensive but doesn’t worth at all. 4 of us were very disappointed last night.
