  Better places elsewhere for your money. No amenities. No plates or cutlery. Shower leak are over bathroom floor.Hard bed. Bad parking facilities. Staff could have been more welcoming and more helpful with our complaints.Would not go back.

  Photo of spa in rooms advertised is not what we had in our apartment. The spa was half the size pictured , very small.

  The staff at this hotel are a group of amazing , kind and the most helpful people I have come across in a very long time . They could not do enough for my family who stayed with them this week during a difficult time . I thank you all and highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel . Regards Phil .

  Staff are exceptional, accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable. The red cat free bus stops right outside, so easy to get into city. Be aware, there isn't much parking available.

  Was expecting alot more at this resort. As I have stayed in several other wyndham properties around Australia, but was definitely underwhelmed. There is no where to do laundry unless paying top dollar for dry cleaning or driving into the city. No cutlery, plates or even a toaster in room, you can buy breakfast but its $16 each. The shower leakes water all over the floor, and the shower pressure was poor, I ended up using the spa as I was easier. The spa in the room would be the only reason they can call these room delux, as the room was basic with no useable balcony, a very hard bed and the room was extremly dusty. The room also gets very stuffy and we went in the middle of winter, cant imagine what it would be like in summer. Also parking is very narrow, and is a small carpark that cost $20 per night, staff were not considerate of out complaints when we fisrt arrived, all in all I greatly appreciated checking out. This is by no means 5 star but costs just as much, you could get a much better deal staying somewhere else. The only thing I would say thats great about this resort is the location, a nice quite steet not too far from kings park and the city.
