  From the first contact via email, when I did an online application which was very thorough. Lots of detail required about our effects so a realistic quote could be given. This was followed up with a phone call and subsequent email containing the quote etc.

  We will always use GRACE. We have used them 3 times now and never had anything broken and always packed carefully. The packers and unpackers are so friendly and knowledgeable. During and after the moved the managers come out and do follow up checks.
