  They say they will contact applicant by email when your passport is ready for collection but they don't. Why offer to inform when they don't??

  Small little office and you get in by the side ally. Make sure you ring the door bell in order to get in. Once in go straight to the counter and get your number and wait to be called. No instruction given here. Just a tiny note in front of the counter. The website is pretty much hopeless. Eg it state to bring 2 copies of the photocopy IC, passport and visa for renewal when only one is needed. It also stated passport photo service is available when it's not the case in Perth. All in all 30 minutes plus waiting time provided it's not crowded on that day. Counter clerks are helpful. Also you get the 1MY pin as souvenir

  Conveniently situated along the roadside but parking can be tricky to find especially during peak period as it's all along the roadside & there is also a time limit to how long you can park.

  No photocopy machine! I dragged my two childs all the way here, have to go back empty hand because no photocopy document! Why not you all go to gofundme, we, Malaysian living in Perth would love to donate for a photocopy machine for you all! Ridiculous!

  Also the entrance is situated at the side which can be challenging to find if you never been here before. You also need to press a buzzer which notify the staff on duty to let you into the reception area.
