  After everything was done and settled I picked up the keys and was told the sign would be picked up in a few days. It has since been well over a month and yesterday I took the sign down myself. There was no thank you, no gifts, no anything and we KNOW they received over 7k in commissions from the sale of the house.

  I cold-called looking for a potential real estate agent for the future. Chuck was rude and disinterested and not the slightest bit helpful - despite my trying to engage him. I have read the well written and scathing review posted on this site - and can fully relate to it's potential warning! Perhaps this Agency needs to come to the attention of REIWA.

  Firstly we were lied to about how long the house had been on the market and how much for as evidenced when we bought a property report. Then after we decided to offer anyway we were individually harassed a couple times every day until our finance came through (well before the due date) When I explained I was feeling harassed after the 2nd phone call that day and I informed Sandy Bastyan that everything was on track as it had been every day so far and to leave us alone until the finance was due she barked very disrespectfully at me that it was her job to ring us everyday. She then called my partner like we were lying to her or would give different information! I rang our finance company to ascertain the truth of what she said and he said she was talking rubbish and called her on my behalf to make her to leave us alone and deal with him direct. (Catalyst Finance, used them twice AWESOME people! +++)

  Later we were told that final inspection stuff had been done and when checked some had been some hadn't. We were also told the annexure A on the contract was generic and they wouldn't uphold the clauses esp regarding reticulation. We needed our settlement agent to threaten them with the falling through of the sale to get the contract fulfilled properly. (Residential Settlements you were wonderful!+++) We also had issues with the hot water system and when inspected Kevin Rowe was exceptionally rude to the plumber friend I brought along for professional opinion -practically screaming at him saying that he was not welcome that I can't bring a third party and that my plumber friend needed to keep his mouth shut and opinions to himself! I was absolutely appalled with Kevins behaviour especially considering that the HWS had NOT been fixed like he said it had been anyway even to my laymans eyes! Thankfully, my level headed friend explained calmly to Kevin the dangers of having the HWS in the condition it was and the necessity of it being fixed as yes it was not functioning properly as the contract stipulated it needed to be.

  David Edmonds is a very knowledgeable realestate agent. He has been outstanding, professional and reliable through out the process of the property purchase, which settled yesterday. The best experience ever as a buyer compared to prior experiences with other agents. Will certainly recommend the agent and the agency to all to have a stress free transaction as a buyer/seller. The admin person has been wonderful, quick and courteous in all their communications. Well Done!!

  Upon perusal of their company website it appears that Gosnells Real Estate specifically cater to immigrants and non English speaking clientele and it seems to us that the bad behavior, condescending attitude, lack of respect and expectation of us to rollover and take everything they said as gospel (even the illegal stuff they tried!) is what would be accepted by someone who wouldn't know any better or would struggle to find recourse to change what they did.
