  Travel frame are a very good company. I booked return flights to Europe from Australia for the cheapest price I have ever seen. They are really professional and when I had questions, their mobile and website customer service was exceptional. I plan to continue travelling the world with Travel frame being my go to ticket provider.

  The worst travel company, stay away as far as possible unless you want to become a victim identity theft. Company is run from a garage by one guy, there is no customer relations person Tracy woods. Worst experience ever run by an incompetent person who doesn't know what he is doing and who should learn some manners and how to speak to poeple. When you call you get greater by a rude disrespectful person while you wait until moron turns the computer on, if you call it get diverted several times and ni matter what option you select the same retard would answer the phone, if you select the other carrier no one will answer the phone you have to leave the message and the answering message is by the same guy and it's unprofessional, or he might be in a car driving. Worst company ever that it should be shut down. There is no office it's run from his house. And they don't disclose how much you will actually get charged for using credit card so at the end of purchase it is not the cheapest company. Stay away it's not worth the headache because if you ever need help or anything sorted good luck. The worst stay away. I will never buy anything via this company and will not recommend this place to anyone not even my enemies

  Terrible service. Decent price and simple to book, however when I emailed them and politely asked if it was possible to change my seats next to the person I was travelling with (over 3 months in advance) I received a short and unclear response, but figured from what was said that it was done. When I replied asking to elaborate on the previous email, I got nothing back. When I called them to speak to someone in person, I was talked over and rudely spoken to and couldn't even understand what he was going on about. Very unhelpful. Now I've arrived at my flight and my seat has been changed, but isn't even near the friend I specifically asked to be seated next to! Very unhappy. Would not recommend.

  BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE AND WILL BOOK ALL TRIPS VIA TRAVEL FRAME GOING FORWARD. HANIF THE MANAGER IS OUTSTANDING AND HELPED ME ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I WAS OK WITH THE SITUATION I WAS DEALING WITH. HE SOLVED IT EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THANKYOU HANIF
